Job Description:
SIGA LATIN AMERICA, the continental branch of The Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) – the world’s largest independent and neutral coalition dedicated to integrity and good governance in sport – is seeking an experienced and innovative Designer to join our team and provide services to SIGA’s global structures.
This senior consultancy role requires a professional with a strong strategic vision, creative leadership, mastery of digital communications, and excellence in art direction, capable of leading and executing high-impact, multi-platform projects with strong visual and institutional presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative and visual direction of SIGA Global campaigns
- Design and deliver editorial and branding materials — including magazines, decks, reports, logos, and visual identity systems — from concept to final artwork.
- Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all channels and communications products
- Produce and edit short and institutional videos for social media, events, and presentations
- Support pitches and visual proposals for stakeholders, sponsors, and government institutions
- Create and oversee branding assets, video, social media, presentations, institutional decks, and other digital materials
- Develop multi-platform creative concepts for events, launches, and institutional activations
- Collaborate with global teams in communications, business development and institutional relations
- Contribute to digital and paid media strategy, proposing results-oriented creative solutions
- Creatively represent SIGA’s values and mission across all visual touchpoints
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience in digital design, art direction, or branding
- Solid portfolio featuring institutional impact projects and/or international campaigns
- Access to the necessary hardware and fully licensed professional software required to perform the job (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience designing impactful, brand-aligned presentations.
- Comprehensive mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud — with advanced expertise in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects — delivering excellence across print, digital, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Proven experience in editing institutional, promotional, and social media videos
- Track record in editorial and brand identity design, including layout systems, pre-press, and logo development supported by case studies.
- Familiarity with Figma, social platforms, automation tools, and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex creative processes
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
- Strong interpersonal skills
Nice to have (non-mandatory):
- Previous experience with communications projects for NGOs, social causes, or public institutions
- International experience
- Experience with institutional brand communications and advocacy
