SIGA’s membership base continues to expand in both numbers, representativeness and global footprint with the admission of new organisations and champions from all sectors of the sporting industry. EPIC Risk Management, a global leading gambling harm minimisation consultancy that draws on lived experience to help individuals and organisations to minimise the risks posed by sports betting harm, is the latest organisation to join the world’s largest independent coalition in the field of Sport Integrity.
Bringing together all key stakeholder groups, including from the world of sport, government, international organisations, global business and civil society, SIGA continues to evolve at a strong pace since its inception in 2017.
The EPIC’s membership application was unanimously approved by the SIGA Council and ratified at its latest extraordinary General Assembly, together with FIDE’s, the international Chess federation.

We do this via education and awareness programmes, independently accredited training and board level down advisory and consultancy. Around 40% of our workforce has lived experience of gambling harm. What we deliver is bespoke to the target audience, largely through our face-to-face powerful sessions but with an increasing leverage of digital technology. Our work is evidence based and grounded in the latest academic research, ensuring we keep up to date with any new advances in gambling protection measures from all over the world, alongside rapidly changing laws.
