Kosovo – 10th December 2019
Hosted by the Kosovo National Olympic Committee (KOS NOC) in Pristina, this thought leadership event brought together influential leaders in sport, government, law enforcement and civil society to address the most pressing governance challenges facing sport in the region and foster collective action. Sharing their views on sports integrity and the reform of the sporting industry we felt the passionate support for changing sport so that is more inclusive, diverse and can be enjoyed by all. Our trusted SIGA member the National Olympic Committee of Kosovo agreed to be a part of the pilot phase of SIRVS, and leading the way in sport integrity.

As announced officially at our latest General Assembly, and in pursuit of our global mission to promote the highest governance and integrity standards across all sports and in every region, we are inaugurating a series of SIGA Regional Summits, aimed at addressing the main challenges facing sport and its integrity at a regional level. The first Summit is taking place in Pristina, Kosovo, hosted by the National Olympic Committee of Kosovo, a valued SIGA Member, whose hospitality is greatly appreciated.
