The Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) has just announced the final list of confirmed speakers for the highly anticipated Summit on Female Leadership in Sport, taking place on March 6th, in New York City. The SIGAWomen flagship event is hosted for the 3rd consecutive year by SIGA’s founding member Mastercard at their Technology Hub and will engage senior leaders and experts representing 50+ organizations, 46 of which are women.

Sports organizations such as the WNBA, NBA, NFL, PGA Tour, UEFA, CONCACAF, CANOC, USL, NY Yankees, DC United, Golden State Warriors WNBA Team, Liverpool FC, Arsenal FC, LA Rams, IMG Academy, and session partner Connecticut Sun will bring to the table precious insights from organizations that are committed to breaking the gender glass ceiling, and share SIGA’s vision of Sport inspiring inclusion and gender equity.

Those sports organizations are aligned with like-minded multi-industry participants, ranging from Summit partners Mastercard, tcs, EPIC Global Solutions, M&T Bank, Diario AS, Michigan State University, Women’s Sports Network, to giants such as Octagon, NBC, LinkedIn, AT&T and the New York City Mayor’s Office, amongst many others.

The Agenda and a full list of speakers is now available in the official Event Guide. To download it from SIGA website, click here.

Katie Simmonds, Global COO, SIGA, and Managing Director of the SIGAWomen Programme expressed her enthusiasm with the line-up of speakers:

“The fourth edition of the SIGA Summit is our biggest yet, with more partners and increased international participation with delegates travelling across America and from Brazil, Canada, France, Portugal, Qatar, and the UK to join us in New York. This demonstrates the breadth of the global movement SIGAWomen is spearheading, and we thank each one of the speakers and delegates for saying yes! Yes, to uniting efforts to celebrate and showcase the expertise of women leading the sports industry. Yes, to cultural change: more women represented in the board of sports organisations globally to mitigate corruption and drive innovation and commercial success; and yes, to inspiring the next generation of leaders. This Summit is more than a gathering. It is reshaping the future of the sports industry and is what good governance looks like. This is the purpose of the SIGAWomen Summit. I look forward to seeing you there!”
