With only a few places remaining, the final call has been issued to apply for the SIGA Women Global Mentorship Programme 2025 – a transformative initiative that will bring together 300 women from 50 countries across every continent.
Led by the Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA), this flagship programme is designed to fast-track gender equity and empower aspiring female leaders in sport through tailored mentorship, knowledge sharing, global networking, and leadership development opportunities.
The list of high-level mentors includes global leaders and top professionals from leading sports organizations such as European Aquatics, FIFA, Flamengo, FIFPro, International Olympic Committee, International Paralympic Committee, La Liga, Olympiacos, Palmeiras, Paris Saint-Germain, Sport England, and World Rugby, among others. Organizations such as Adidas, Asics, EPIC Global Solutions, Mastercard, Octagon, SportFive, Wasserman and World Football Summit are also represented, contributing to a transformative programme for women seeking to build a career in sport.
Among the mentees are not only women in career transition, but also professionals from organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Kick It Out, LPGA, Olympique Marseille, PwC, Saudi Pro League, and UEFA, to name a few.
Now entering its sixth edition, the programme continues to expand its global footprint. In 2025, SIGA expects record-breaking participation and a uniquely international cohort of:
Mentees from 36 countries, reflecting diverse cultural, professional, and geographic backgrounds;
Mentors from 31 countries, including senior executives and changemakers from around the world.
The countries with the highest number of registered mentors so far include (in alphabetical order):

Since its launch in 2018, SIGA’s mentorship programme has supported over 350 women. Fully virtual, it includes up to eight personalized mentoring sessions with a dedicated global mentor; 8 interactive workshops featuring world-class speakers on topics like leadership, integrity, governance, and athlete transition; networking, professional growth, and potential internship opportunities within SIGA;
The programme is open to women aged 21 and over, with a symbolic £300 fee applicable to those in full-time employment. All proceeds are reinvested into the SIGAWomen Programme to promote systemic change and advance gender equity in sport leadership. Scholarships are available for those that face financial barriers and in our final month we are pleased to launch a sponsorship campaign available for organisations and individuals to support aspiring female leaders in a variety of accessible and high-impact ways.
