The SIGA Council meeting, held digitally today, ended with the approval by unanimity of the following deliberations:
- To convene an extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly on 30 January 2023 with the following agenda:
i. Analysis, discussion and approval of amendments to the SIGA Constitution
ii. Admission of new SIGA Members and Committed Supporters
iii. Elections of the SIGA Ethics Committee and SIGA Audit & Compliance Committee
iv. Analysis, discussion and approval of the constitution of SIGA SOLUTIONS
- To convene an extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly on 28 February 2023 with the following agenda:
i. Ratification of the Election of the Chair of SIGA
- To convene annual ordinary meeting of the General Assembly on 31 March 2023 with the following agenda:
i. Analysis, discussion and approval of the SIGA 2022 Report of Activities
ii. Analysis, discussion and approval of the SIGA 2022 Financial Statements and Independent Audit Report
iii. Analysis, discussion and approval of the SIGA 2023 Consolidated Global Strategy & Action Plan
iv. Analysis, discussion and approval of the SIGA 2023 Budget
v. Other business
