The Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) proudly announces the launch of the 2026 cycle of the SIGA Women Global Mentorship Programme,   a transformative initiative designed to empower the next generation of female leaders in sport through integrity-driven mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and global networking.

Building on the legacy of the Sport Integrity Week, SIGA has expanded this universal celebration into the Sport Integrity Action Month – a month-long global movement designed to deliver more impact, more engagement, and greater participation than ever before. The launch of the new SIGAWomen cycle during November underscores SIGA’s unwavering commitment to advancing female leadership as a cornerstone of good governance and integrity in sport.

Now entering its 7th edition, the SIGA Women Global Mentorship Programme pairs ambitious female professionals +18 or over with senior industry leaders, offering a life-changing journey of professional growth, personal empowerment, and purpose-driven leadership in sport.

Programme Benefits Include:

  • Eight Group Digital Workshops with high-profile guest speakers on key industry topics
  • Pairing with a #SIGAWomen Global Mentor for up to six bilateral sessions

Women aged 18 and over with a passion for sport and leadership are encouraged to apply. A symbolic administrative fee of £300.00 applies to those in full-time employment, while scholarships are available for students and unemployed applicants.  We encourage companies and individuals to invest in female leadership by covering the cost of mentee applications.
