The launch of SIGA AMERICA’s high-level senior Advisory Board has been announced as part of the organization’s global expansion efforts in governance.

On Wednesday SIGA AMERICA announced the launch of a high-level senior Advisory Board in its North American subsidiary. The purpose of this, the organization said, was to continue in its efforts to expand SIGA’s global footprint and usher sport into a new era of enhanced governance and greater integrity.’

“I am proud to be appointed as Chair of the SIGA AMERICA Advisory Board and honoured to work with such a passionate and diverse groups of industry leaders,” Dan Mattix said following the announcement. “SIGA is an organisation whose time has come!

“Having worked in sports marketing and the wider sports industry, I know all too well the need to protect the integrity of the game. It is vital! Integrity is core for sport and its ecosystem including those that invest in it. Sport in America is facing several pressing challenges. At the Advisory Board, we #StandWithSIGA to deliver its vision and mission of a sport played and governed under the highest integrity standards. We call on the US sports industry to join our global movement.”

Joining Mattix on the board are Jessica Berman as Deputy Chair, and members April Holmes, Gabrielle Armand, Mark Riccio, Renee Brown, Ross Meltzer, Ulysses Smith and Sandra E. Lopez, all bringing a wealth and broad range of experience.
