The Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) is proud to announce the release of the fifth edition of the Sport Integrity Journal (SIJ), dedicated to celebrating Female Leadership in Sport, as key component of Good Governance in Sport. This edition is particularly significant as it follows closely on the heels of the 2024 Summit on Female Leadership, and the end of Women’s History Month, underscoring SIGA’s commitment to elevating the role of Women in Sport.

This SIJ edition features articles exclusively written by high-level female sports leaders, the results of a Survey on the SIGA Women Global Mentorship Programme, and an interview with Athena Constantinou, Managing Director, APC Compliance, the latest organisation to join SIGA as a Member.

As we reflect on the discussions from the recent Summit on Female Leadership and celebrate Women’s Month, this edition of the Sport Integrity Journal stands as a testament to the power and necessity of female voices in shaping the future of sports governance. We invite our readers to engage with the insights and perspectives offered in this groundbreaking edition and to join the SIGAWomen global movement.
