SIGA’s Global CEO Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros was reappointed, in a personal capacity, as a member of the B20, currently under the presidency of Indonesia, who succeeded Italy in 2021.

Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros will be part of the B20’s 2022 Integrity and Compliance Task Force.

After taking a decisive role in promoting Anti-Corruption in Sport as one of the top priorities of the Italian G20 presidency, Macedo de Medeiros will now work closely with the B20/G20 Indonesia, focusing on the theme “Advancing, innovative, including and collaborative growth”.

Chaired by Haryanto T. Budiman, Managing Director of PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk, this influential Task Force will focus on the pressing issues facing Business amidst the pandemic recovery and growth, and the need to undertake the escalated threat of money laundering, terrorist financing and cybercrime, amongst other top priorities for 2022.

The inception meeting will be held on the 27-28 January.
