Since its inception, the #SIGAWomen Global Mentorship Programme has become a beacon of excellence, creating a powerful community of women determined to close the gender gap in terms of number of women in decision making structures working in the sports industry. The program, part of the SIGA 2023/2024 Global Agenda on Female Empowerment and Leadership, has in previous editions transformed aspiring female leaders’ lives across every continent.
The demand for places in the programme has been nothing short of phenomenal. Ambitious women from diverse backgrounds and experiences have flooded our inbox with applications that carry dreams of making a significant impact in the sports world. As a result, we knew we had to take action!

The 8 month programme offers an exclusive opportunity to forge valuable relationships with these world-class industry leaders, attend group digital workshops with high-profile guest speakers, and receive unparalleled guidance during bilateral sessions. Women from prominent positions within FIFA, FIFA, Google, Mastercard, Yale University, National Governments, UN, among others, are committed to driving cultural governance change.

Administrative Fee and Scholarship Opportunities: We believe in making the #SIGAWomen Global Mentorship Programme accessible to all aspiring female leaders. For those in full-time employment, there is a symbolic administrative fee of £300.00 for the programme, which can be paid either by the mentee or their employer. However, we understand the importance of providing opportunities to those facing financial constraints. If you are unemployed or in full-time education, you can apply for a scholarship, although places are limited. At #SIGAWomen, our commitment is to create an inclusive and diverse community, ensuring that no aspiring leader is left behind due to financial reasons.
